USA ended the war in Bosnia

Last week I was talking with a handyman from Kosovo. Surprise – the Muslim people praise the Nato and especially the US troops for saving their lives and fighting the Serbian aggressors.

Given the worsening atrocities in Bosnia and the growing discontent with U.S. policy, how did the administration move from its paralysis of 1994 to its constructive role in late 1995? 

Certainly a good idea to fight the aggressor and make friends with the victims.

All three superpower countries China, Russia und USA are in trouble and so do their leaders Xi Jinping, Wladimir Putin und https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump. In democracies there are rules how the leaders are elected although there are a lot of manipulations are going on before and after elections.

In autocracies every Caesar has his Brutus. Therefore every king and even the pope are protected by guards. Very often the leader of the guard e.g. Putin takes over power, very often by killing the boss.

The networks over power are very complex with unnatural deaths and not assessable by outsiders.
